When you send an RFQ by email, we may receive your name, company, email address, country, project description, drawings, samples, technical files and communication history.
How we use information
We use your information to review manufacturing feasibility, prepare quotations, coordinate sampling, provide inspection support, arrange delivery and communicate about your project.
Technical files and confidentiality
Drawings, CAD files, samples and technical documents are treated as project information. We do not sell your technical files. Files may be shared only with relevant manufacturing, finishing, inspection, packaging or logistics partners when necessary to evaluate or complete your project.
Cookies and analytics
This static website does not require user accounts or payment processing. If analytics, advertising pixels or cookie tools are added later, this policy should be updated before launch.
International communication
As an export-oriented supplier based in China, we may process communications from customers in different countries. By contacting us, you understand that your message and project information may be reviewed in China for quotation and manufacturing coordination.

We keep RFQ and project communication only as long as reasonably needed for quotation, sampling, production, after-sales support, compliance, accounting or legitimate business record purposes.
